π The Ritual
1. Create a sacred space
Cleanse your area with smoke or sound. Place your candle, herbs, and crystals before you. Light the candle with intention.
2. Write it down
On a piece of paper, write what is holding you back β fears, limiting beliefs, toxic patterns, people, guilt, shame, doubt.
Example:
βI release the fear of being seen.β
βI release the belief that Iβm not worthy of success.β
βI release the need to play small.β
3. Speak the release aloud
Say this spell aloud with conviction:
βBy the flame and by my breath,
I break the binds, I end whatβs left.
No longer shall this shadow stay,
I set it free and clear the way.
What once held me, now is gone,
I rise renewed, I journey on.β
4. Burn and release
Carefully burn the paper in your fire-safe bowl. As the flame consumes it, visualize the weight lifting from your energy field. Feel your spirit lighter.
5. Close the ritual
Thank any guides, ancestors, or higher energies you called in. Let the candle burn out safely or snuff it out to close the spell.
