Did you know you can read sage smoke? When you light the smudge stick, pay attention to the quality of the smoke. Light-colored smoke indicates high-vibration energy.

Dark smoke indicates darker, more painful energies are being cleared.
If you meditate with it, you can also see shapes in the smoke. During a reading recently, I saw a family tree appear in the smoke, right before the young lady’s father and grandparents stepped forward to indicate their spiritual presence.

Believe me or not, your perception of our world is layered. As you open up your consciousness, you realize that you have been living in just one small section of it–there are vast spiritual landscapes yet to be explored, right from the quiet of your meditation mat.
